Project Partners : Year Up and Capital One

In this engagement, we tell the story of Year Up + Capital One’s co-design experience from beginning to end, highlighting the important outcomes that were developed over the course of a two day event. The team tackled issues of economic challenges; focusing in on transportation access challenges hindering future career opportunities for students in Year Up mentoring programs. The work included journey mapping and ideation exercises with Year Up’s Leadership team and students, leading to a prototype application for the nonprofit.
Hosted by Capital One’s Social Impact team, the larger mission of this event is to provide non-profits with viable, implementable solutions as well as have others connect with the company mission of Capital One.
